Description
These barrels previously aged Templeton Rye Whiskey for 10 years. That extended time spent aging adds new levels of complex flavor, resulting in Templeton 10 Year Reserve Rye Whiskey, which is bottled from a handpicked single barrel.
The barrels were freshly dumped and used once by the popular Iowa distillery before being sent straight to our warehouse. Now, they’re ready to lend tasting and aroma notes reminiscent of their previous contents to your next barrel-aged beer, cider, wine, liquor or other beverage. You can expect aromas of rich chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak and fruits alongside flavors of dark oak, honeyed floral notes and, of course, that signature rye spice.
