Description
Rock Town Distillery aged whiskey for 1-2 years and then gin for about another year in these 25 gallon barrels before dumping and sending the used small barrels to us fresh.
Because they are less than half the size of a full size, 53 gallon used barrel, these will age spirits or brews more quickly. They are also a great size for barrel-aging smaller batches. Either way, they are an excellent option.
