Description
These small format, 15 gallon barrels were used only once to age Journeyman Distillery’s Whiskey before being freshly emptied and sent to us.
Journeyman Distillery, out of Three Oaks, Michigan, is grain-to-bottle, using only locally sourced, organic Midwest grains and unfiltered/untreated water from an underground aquifer to produce superior whiskeys with pure flavors.
These barrels are perfect for small batches of beer, cider, wine, another distilled spirit or other beverages. They’d also look fantastic as a home decor piece!
Important notes: Remember, these are used barrels, so expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrel. Each barrel has been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
Specific whiskey aged in the barrels varies based on distillery’s recent releases.
