Loaded with remarkable flavor, depth, complexity and length, these Straight Edge Bourbon Barrels aged bourbon for 4 years before they were freshly emptied by the distillery and sent to our warehouse. The bourbon is then blended with other sourced bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee, then finished in Napa Valley wine barrels, an idea the formed after a conversation between renowned winemaker Dave Phinney and the Wilkinson family, the partnership behind the Straight Edge spirits.
Straight Edge barrels are perfect for brewers, winemakers, mead makers and other barrel-aging pros who want to emphasize ingredient source.
