Highly prized Stagg Jr. Bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky is known for its uncut, unfiltered and bold flavors, including rich, sweet chocolate and brown sugar, as well as rye spiciness.
These barrels, which aged Stagg Jr. for 8+ years, have soaked that bourbon flavor into their staves. Having been freshly dumped by the distillery and sent straight to our warehouse, these barrels are ready for their next round of aging beer, cider, wine or whatever beverage you have prepared.
