Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey is a blend of three different whiskies: Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Straight Rye Whiskey and the whiskey these barrels aged for 5+ years – Corn Whiskey.
J. Rieger & Co. emptied these used oak barrels and sent them to us fresh. The corn whiskey they aged will lend slightly sweeter notes to any beer, wine, cider or other beverage that you decide to barrel-age in the barrels.
