Description
Crafted using a sweet mash rather than a sour mash, Peerless Rye Whiskey is known for its sweet notes of maple, brown sugar and light sweetness. There’s more oak on the finish and no burn, too, making it stand out among other rye whiskeys.
With that in mind, these barrels will also stand out compared to other used barrels that aged other rye whiskeys. Expect those same smooth and sweet notes to be locked deep within these barrels’ staves.
The barrels aged Peerless Rye Whiskey for four years before they were emptied and sent to our warehouse. They are now ready to be filled with your next barrel-aged project, whether that’s a beer, wine, cider, mead or other beverage.
