Description
These barrels aged a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Green River Distilling Co., formerly O.Z. Tyler, for just a few months shy of five years. The barrels are heavily charred at level 4.
The high-rye bourbon aged in the barrels offers up warming spice notes on both the nose and palate, so expect any barrel-aged beer, cider, mead, wine or other beverage that comes from these barrels to pick up similar hints.
