Clocking in at 86 proof, Old Forester Bourbon has a rich, full flavor that includes floral, mint, rich tobacco leaf and vanilla aromas, alongside tastes of oak, pine, sweet corn, rye spice, soft vanilla and light orange tasting notes. The bourbon carries a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% barley.
