As ex-bourbon barrels last used to age traditional Wisconsin maple syrup for several months, these barrels will add a unique flavor to whatever you age in them. Beer, cider, wine or other beverage – the only limit is your imagination!
Prior to aging maple syrup, most of the barrels were originally used by several well-known Kentucky distilleries.
