Description
These barrels are as exquisite as the spirit they aged! Made of beautiful French oak, these are secondary barrels (ex-white wine) that aged Lucky Seven Distillery’s “The Frenchman,” a double oaked bourbon that began with Lucky 7’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that was first aged in new, charred oak barrels.
After the initial aging, the spirit was then transferred to these ex-white wine casks for a secondary aging of about six months. The interior of these barrels has aged both white wine and bourbon. Your next barrel-aged beer, cider, mead or wine will take on aroma and flavor influences from both.
