These Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrels – fresh dumped and once used – were sent to us straight from the distillery. They spent no fewer than 10 years aging Eagle Rare and now are finally ready to impart tasting notes of oak, candied almonds and very rich cocoa, along with aromas of toffee, orange peel, herbs honey, leather and oak, upon any beer, wine, cider or other beverages.
