Description
These freshly emptied rum barrels from St. Croix started out as new, charred oak casks before they aged an exquisite blend of rums for 6-9 months. After aging, the finished rum from each barrel is bottled, earning the rum a “single barrel” classification.
Before the rums were blended and placed into these barrels, each was aged in used Jim Beam bourbon barrels for varying lengths of 1-12 years. Cruzan rum’s smooth, medium-bodied, aromatic taste makes for awesome barrel-aged beers, wine, cider and other beverages.
