Breckenridge Distillery Cognac Finish Whiskey barrels are XO Cognac barrels that aged a mature bourbon for two years. As secondary barrels, they contain strong bourbon flavor and aroma influences that mingle with the original cognac that first aged inside them for an average of 25 years.
The unique background of these barrels should complement many barrel-aged beers, ciders, wines or other spirits you fill them with next.
