Description
Freshly emptied after aging Journeyman Distillery’s Road’s End Rum for a year – and Silver Cross Four Grain Whiskey for a year before that – these 5 gallon barrels are just the right size for a homebrewer, small distiller or other small scale barrel-ager.
Included with the barrels are a spigot, stand and silicone #9 bung.
Journeyman Distillery is out of Three Oaks, Michigan. With the distillery’s Road’s End Rum having aged in the barrel previously, expect flavor similar to Jamaican rums, sweet and pungent, plus oak and smoke from whiskey barrel aging.
