Description
These 25 Gallon Wigle Bourbon barrels come to us straight from Wigle Whiskey Distilling, an artisan small batch distillery.
The barrels are now ready to fill with your beer, cider, wine, kombucha, coffee or other spirits. These barrels aged a bourbon that delivers tasting notes of roasted corn meal and fruit, including stone fruit and overripe apples. Those flavors are then followed by cinnamon and a sweet nutty finish of maple pecan and candied walnuts.
Important notes: These are used barrels. They had a job to do (aging whiskey) and they did it well. Expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrel. The barrels have been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
