Description
These 25 gallon Great Wagon Road Single Malt barrels are some of the best small format barrels we’ve ever had! Starting out as Char No. 3 American White Oak barrels, they aged American Single Malt Whiskey to produce expected notes of vanilla and caramel, a full body with notes of fresh baked bread and praline, with a long, sweet finish.
We received these barrels directly from Great Wagon Road Distilling after they were freshly emptied and used only once. They are perfect for barrel aging small batches of beer, cider, wine, spirits or other beverages.
Important notes: These are authentic, used barrels. Expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrel. MWBC has inspected the barrels to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
