These small format, 25 gallon barrels aged a four grain bourbon (corn, rye, barley and wheat) from FEW Spirits in Evanston, Illinois for six years. They’ve been freshly dumped and used just once.
That age statement created a bold bourbon with notes of cinnamon, oak and vanilla. There’s a ton of flavor still locked inside these barrels’ staves just waiting to be imparted on your next barrel-aged release.
