These barrels have aged a bourbon for at least two years. Heaven Hill bourbon barrels are widely regarded in barrel-aging circles as some of the best in terms of quality and consistency.
Freshly dumped and used just once, these younger barrels will offer up more oak when aging beer, cider, mead, wine and other barrel-aged releases.
