Journeyman Distillery’s Wheat Whiskey uses 100% organic Michigan wheat, resulting in a soft sweetness, smoothness and is reminiscent of Irish whiskey.
These small format, 15 gallon barrels aged Journeyman Distillery’s Wheat Whiskey once before being freshly dumped and sent to our warehouse. They’re perfect for small batches of beer, cider, wine, another distilled spirit or other beverages.
They’d also look fantastic as a home decor piece!
Important notes: Remember, these are used barrels, so expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrel. Each barrel has been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
