Description
Journeyman Distillery’s Rye Whiskey is one of the few wheat heavy rye whiskies on the market. It’s 60% rye and 40% wheat, creating a beautiful balance of spice from rye and sweetness from wheat.
These small format 15 gallon barrels aged Journeyman Rye Whiskey only once and were freshly dumped before being sent to our warehouse.
They’re perfect for small batches of beer, cider, wine, another distilled spirit or other beverages. They’d also look fantastic as a home decor piece!
Important notes: Remember, these are used barrels, so expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrel. Each barrel has been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
