Perfect for small batch barrel-aging, these 10 gallon barrels last aged 11 Wells Spirits Co. Bourbon. They were freshly emptied before being sent directly to our warehouse. Now, they’re ready to be filled with beer, cider, wine, distilled spirit or other beverage.
11 Wells Spirits Co. Bourbon, crafted in Saint Paul, Minnesota, elicits the char of the barrel. Other flavors include toffee, caramel, round corn, malt, rye and wheat.
Important notes: These 5 gallon barrels come from different cooperages, The Barrel Mill and Black Swan. We will ship matching barrels on purchases of 2 or more. Not all barrels are marked with the 11 Wells logo. These are used barrels, so expect small imperfections and cracks on the barrels. Barrels have been inspected to ensure they are liquid tight. All barrels come with a wood bung.
